Our clients purchased this house upon deciding that Timaru would be the place that they would eventually retire. While 5 years or so too early they thought that the views and location were unbeatable so took the plunge with the intention to renovate. Our task was to create a home more suited to their needs while remaining sympathetic to its unique original design.
